OLVO is derived from the ancient Greek word ὄλβιος, translating into modern Greek as ‘ευμάρεια’, meaning abundance. Yet abundance that comes in some way or form through divine intervention.

OLVO is carved out of Minois Hotel, a 5-star luxury hotel on Paros island overlooking Parasporos beach. It aspires to stir an abundance of sensations.
